Existing Building Codes

House flipping or remodeling has grown into a big business in the past few remodeling. Unfortunately there  are a lot of people with little or no background in construction that get in to the flipping business to make quick money.

There are, however, codes in place that apply directly to existing and remodeled homes. These codes are in place to encourage that all upgrades are done according to The International Residential Code.
